    Breathe Easy Herbal Infusion is available in two size glass jars - 375mL and 750mL and is also offered in two sizes a recyclable sealed paper bags - 30g and 90g.

    To obtain maximum benefit from this herbal infusion, use 30g in 1 litre of hot water and steep for 8 hours helping the herbs release their mineral healing properties.  For healing, take 3 cups a day cold or warm.
